Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to the WallCann team. Should you be dissatisfied with the products you have purchased, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition. Extensively damaged packaging and or missing parts (i.e Manuals, cabels) upon return will incur a re stocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the original transaction when items are returned for a refund or exchange.
Please note however, the following items are excluded from the above:
- CDs, DVDs and Videos
- Downloaded software and Ebooks
- All food items and other perishable goods
- All health products, supplements, creams or other
- Underwear and intimate apparrel - including Compression Garments
- Cosmetics (including hair products)
- Headsets and ear pieces
Please do not open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to be returned to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes or damages within forty eight hours in order that the problems can be remedied at the earliest convenience.
If you return goods via Australia Post please ensure you retain the appropriate proof of shipment as an item lost in transit to us will be deemed as unreturned. Please also ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
Except where required by law, all returned goods must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- All undamaged original packaging must be included when returning a product including instruction manuals, warranty cards and certificates, accessory cables and power adapters
- Returned within 30 days of original receipt of goods
- In a condition suitable for resale
- If we have agreed to exchange your purchase, please include the name, product code and cost of the new product we are supplying.
If there is a price differential between the products please provide information on your preferred methods of refund or charge
- We recommend that you insure your returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. WallCann can not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Products purchased in conjunction with a WallCann promotion, and subsequently delivered including a Free Gift, must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. Should the original item be returned without the Free Gift, the value of the gift will be charged to the purchaser via the original payment method.
Variance in Packaging
Packaging may be updated from time to time and may not resemble the photographs or images seen on the web site.
You may cancel all or part of your order, as long as you contact us via phone before dispatch of the items ordered. Dispatch is typically 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us on 1300 799 455.
Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery
Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is deemed to be faulty after that time, the normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to cover all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated for the product.
Should the product you receive prove to be defective or damaged, we will refund the original purchase price, including any delivery and packaging fees via your original method of payment. If you negotiate a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please note: Items found to be non-defective will incur the delivery charges of the return to the customer from WallCann Pty Ltd.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon receipt of returned items at WallCann.
NO COD Return Parcels will be accepted via any courier or Australia Post.
Return authorisation must be obtained and return freight arrangements agreed prior to shipment.
Packaging and Shipping Guidelines
Customer must ship all Warranty returns in careful compliance with the Packaging and Shipping Guidelines. Failure to do so may void the Product's warranty. WallCann advises the customer to keep the original box and packing materials for storing or shipping. For a Warranty claim, the customer must return only the Product. Prior to shipment, the customer must remove and retain all "add-on" items, (i.e. adapters, cables, manuals, etc.). WallCann does not accept responsibility for these items and they will not be returned with the repaired or replacement Product.
All products should be returned to WallCann in the original shipping container or a suitable box with sufficient protective wrapping. Please make sure that if any part of the product sticks out from the main unit that it is well protected.
WallCann is not responsible for product lost during shipment. All products being returned for Warranty repair or replacement must be sent freight prepaid. Each box must reference the following information: Customer/Contact Name · Return Address · Phone Number · RA Number (issued by an authorized WallCann Customer Service Operator). The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipping container for identification purposes. Shipments not properly identified will not be processed. WallCann may revise these guidelines from time to time.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates
Any WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) Special Voucher or offer must be redeemed at the time of ordering. Once an order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a voucher, WallCann can not retrospectively redeem a Special Voucher against that transaction.
All Gift Vouchers / Gift Certificates are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself. Once that Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances. It is the Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate holder's responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
When using a Special Voucher the entire balance of the Voucher must be used at once. You can not carry the remainder of a voucher value over to another transaction. You may only use one WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) Special Voucher per purchase.
Special Promotions and Competitions
Other Terms and Conditions not stated here but applicable to a WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) promotion or competition, are deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the Terms & Conditions here. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions here, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international destinations prohibit the transportation of certain items. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, domestic or international, for any reason. We will notify you of our choice not to proceed with the transaction and refunding any credit card or any other payment.
Destination Legal Requirements
The Seller shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the goods in to the country of destination and for the payment of any duties. The company takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser.
When you enter into a transaction via a WallCann website to purchase services supplied directly by a third party, WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) is not responsible for the provision of those services or for any misunderstanding between you and the supplier.
In all arrangements involving the direct provision of services by third parties, WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) accepts no liability of any kind in connection with or arising from such an arrangement.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold WallCann harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by WallCann which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold WallCann (WallCann Pty Ltd) harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
