Washing instructions: Machine wash in lukewarm water. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron.
May be tumble dried on low heat. Rinse well and do not wring out. Do not use fabric softener

For the best results, measurements should be taken first thing in the morning before you start to move around and fluid build up occurs.
By doing this you will ensure an exact fit.
